All day errday.

The weekend before, we embarked on a Hollywood hike. We got a little lost, drove through some omega windy roads and decided that if we were to live in one of those houses, we would probably get everything delivered cause it takes 15minutes to get outta that crazy hilly area... IT'S MADNESS. Managed to find some parking spots and started our hike up to the sign. I was already prepared for the huge fence and being unable to sit at the Hollywood sign like JT did in friends with benefits so I wasn't that disappointed when the fence was there and didn't disappear.... We managed to find the Land Before Time plants that the baby dinos ate and also found out that Lindsey was allergic to horses.... SO. IF I EVER WANNA KILL HER. lol.

LAST WEEKEND.
was so much fun.

THIS WEEKEND

Alcove, Blockheads and Volcano

Foodie adventures with Kelley!!! Headed over to Alcove and it might seem like the steak sandwich was the star of the night... Nope, it was by all means the sweet potato fries. They managed to have it crispy on the edges and just totally soft and mushy on the inside. That, is the way to make beautiful fries. We dragged our fat asses all the way to Santa Monica ish area and had some snow ice at Blockheads. Last time I had it was like 6-7 years ago in Kovan... deff brings back some memories!! Such a good mix of green tea and red beannn

Seaside Grill and Cafe Crepes

Walked a couple of blocks after doing our shopping thang for some Mediterranean. Nothing on flames but pretty decent in itself. Cafe crepes for some dessert after. This was a more chewy, softer, a different kind of crepe. Still pretty damn good. That, and I love crepes!!!

Coles and Syrup

Coles, apparently the originators of the French Dip! Who knows if that is actually true... I've decided that I'm not a fan of the french dip, soggy bread is just not my thing. Headed over to Syrup after for the awesomest crepe ever. Ice cream, banana, nutella, strawberries, and a slighty crispy crepe. My kind of crepe.

Five guys

Five guys on a random saturday night. Connie says walk... we say drive. Originally from the east coast! It's a better quality in n out but not as good as in a cafe? Still pretty dam good. The fries look totally delish but those are fatty fries and I'm just not a fan.

Lette Macarons

Going for parkside events has it's perks. We headed over to the Norton Simon museum and this was our last stopover. We each got 3 macarons YUM. Mine were violet, earl grey <3, and I don't remember what. The thing about macarons.... FUCKIN EXPENSIVE AND GONE SO FAST.
