Woke up this morning with a tita bun on my head. Judy tied my hair up last night as I was slouched over the toilet bowl and then took such great care of me and brought me back to my room heh <3 Love you!!

 

Anyway, pictures from our LUAU night which turned out to be pretty damn epic but let's just say my night ended so much earlier than everyone elses.... Lame. Hawaiian music, everyone all dressed up, the suite decorations, Hawaiian chips... aw yeah, we've got it down. Club Darkside knows the way to throw a party waddup!!

CNY

IT'S CNY GIVE ME MY GODDAMN GOODIES!!! I guess I just have to jew some from Sam teehee. I finished all the pineapple tarts that my Momma packed for me before CNY even came along. Lol, life.

Big Bear

This weekend I was conflicted. To go to Big Bear and try my hand at snowboarding or to head over to Santa Barbara with my team for a weekend tourney. I ended up going to Big Bear just because I'm not a ditcher and there's nothing to regret.

Let's just say the trip didn't start off too well, our bus was an hour late, broke down for 2 hours and I think we pretty much annoyed everybody on the bus (ha ha ha, I take credit for that). The log cabin was beautiful, and it was so much prettier than I expected to be. This is how I would like weekend getaways to unfold, with a little drama a little surprise and then a whole lot of chilling. We woke up really early to prepare for the day of skiing/snowboarding, but not before me, Steph and Sam braved the early morning chills to catch the sun rise. It was one of those days again, where the day just got brighter everytime you looked up, just because the sun was rising from behind the mountains. But it was all good, the slopes looked so pristine and beautiful, it was pretty damn magical.

You know how they say there's always this one person who speeds down the mountain and doesn't know how to brake? Yeah... that person was me. By the end of the day my whole body was sore, from falling on my arms, falling on my butt, landing on my tummy, my head feeling a little concussed from the multiple small falls and the huge one at the end. I love it. Not the aching, but the thrill of it all. Let's hope I gather some more money to go for another weekend at Big Bear or even Mammoth. We'll see.

I couldn't have asked for a better to have my first experience with. We all headed back to the cabin after a long day and one by one ended up lying on the bed till it was pretty much an orgy. Totally hilarious. and then when SOMEONE tries to freakin tickle my foot!??!?!?!?!!? Also, can I say how cute are our cups? It started with yuj writing "man evie" on my cup and I'm like OH HELL NO he is not getting away with it. And then the creative juices just started flowing from this awesome brain and our red cups were born, heh.

Kleos

Being back on the field today was just simply amazing. I had forgotten how it had felt to be up and running instead of sitting on my butt, how team feels like and the warmth of my team. I love the fact that they're all so passionate about this sport, something that we didn't necessarily have high regard for back home. We held practice today at the football field, the huge gated up one, which has a sign saying "NO ENTRY. AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY" Feels pretty damn good to be special! Missing the tourney this weekend for some skiing/ snowboarding instead, let's hope it's worth it!

ALKIES

 

Just came back from one and a half hours of gift exchange with the floor and I can honestly say that was so fun and totally hilarious. At the end of it all, I end up with a straw hula skirt with a coconut bra and a seashell necklace... It's all good. It's amazing how we are all either telepathic or totally just closet (or open) alcoholics... Since 1/3 of the gifts included shot glasses of one form or another LOL. By the end of it, we had enough shot glasses for everyone to take one at the end of the night (with more to spare!!!). We are champs really. I love my friends <3 It feels good to be back. It's hard to live in two places at one time, but then again, you get the best of both worlds.

 PARTYIN HARD

I spent my last night out with the same old success formula: 11ofus and lotsa booooze. Had our first round of drinks at Attica where I discovered that they replaced all my hot boys with new ones... WHY??? WHY YOU DO THAT. Hanging with the 11ofus is always fun as hell, as usual, one shot k.o. Danila was the entertainment for a little bit, whilst weak-i-am-going-to-faint shingles barely took 2 sips of champagne the entire night... Yep, those are my friends for you. Nevertheless we had such great fun, it always is. This is what I'm gonna miss when I'm back in Americahhh. Also, the fact that being home means friends doing my make up and me just sitting there reading a magazine or nuaing... I LOVE MY FRIENDS and the fact that they love experimenting on my face. It's all good <3 Headed over to Zirc for a wee bit to meet Darren and Leon and the rest of their crew. FUN FUN FUN FUN. I don't even remember what they were playing or whether the music was good, but the key to a good night is good company and that was what I had. Wednesdays dictate club hopping so we jumped over to Zouk and were devastated that they have replaced Mambo at Zouk with god knows wtf they're playing... We were so mad. Naht cool naht cool.

Never ends

Met with my Downzys yet again today and I can safely say that some things don't change. After the whole hoo-ha on where to meet and what time, we finally decided on Quiznos at Central and then proceeded to pig out on some awesome sandwiches. After which me and Lailin insist on sitting at the table for just "five more minutes" whilst Fengyi has ants in his pants and always needs to get up and walk around. An hour later, our "five more minutes" hasn't ended and Fengyi is still insisting on walking around. Lailin and I are the dreamers of the trio; we build up this perfect fantasy of how life should be and what it should be, to which Fengz just either rolls his eyes or pokes his realist holes in our dreams. What a downer... "Why must he talk about the rain dropping on his nose? It's irrelevant!" "You can't just write about the rain dropping just because you're good at it, YOU HAVE TO FEEL IT and WANT TO WRITE ABOUT IT" Lailin gets very exasperated when talking to fengyi. Ha ha ha. Our spinster thoughts were once again brought up and this time in greater detail. In conclusion, we decided that if we don't have friends to introduce friends to us... we'll likely be spinsters. I also think that the likelihood that I become one is extremely high, but that's just me. I shouldn't talk about it so much lest it become reality... Oh gawd, the thought of it.

Carrying on a earlier conversation I had with Megan about highschool and our social circles, this little red dot is so tiny that after a certain point in time, everyone's social circles start merging and everyone starts to become acquaintances with everyone. Highschool/Secondary schoo/ JC/ whatever you may call it never really ends. Everyone's gonna remember who you used to date, who you hung out with, what a creep you were, what you did on (this date) at (this time), your biggest hoolabaloos. So, seriously, don't fuck up.

Saw Fengyi for the last time today :( Am sad. Till june/july it is :)
