I was originally gonna post 7 pictures, one of each place I visited down under, but it was so difficult to find a single photo that summed up the whole place. So much for a thousand words!
RAINBOW BEACH.
We got our first taste of the chill Aussie lifestyle in Rainbow Beach. Our guide walked to and fro the sand dunes everyday, just bringing various groups of people up to throw boomerangs and sometimes to go sand sledding, whatever the proper name for that is. We watched our first of many sunsets and it was pretty damn awesome. I threw a boomerang into the wind and watched as it flew into the trees beyond our reach. Oops?
