At 18, I thought I was ready to rule the world. I'm an adult, I said. I thought I knew everything that was to be known, and that was that.

At 21, everything I thought I knew, suddenly all becomes a blur. Is that really what I what? Who really knows...

There's gonna be some bright beginnings coming right up.

When you're feeling certain feelings that just don't seem right, just turn it off, like a light switch.

Had the most amazing weekend ever and am now cramming for my midterm in 14hours.. half of which i should spend sleeping. Last midterm before the next paper and THANKSGIVING BREAK. I have never been more excited for a break ever, I would like some sleep very much, thank you.

Was the weekend worth it? Hell yeah.

Solid Weekends

I pretty much live for the weekends and those daily pockets of randomness. I had such a solid weekend that it made all the crap in between kind of worth it. Work at 8am, classes at 8am, non stop deadlines and midterms all fucking week but it's alright, cause the weekend made it worth it.

It was amanda's birthday week, so we partied it up HARD. Random little surprises and we headed over to the staples centre to catch ~*~*IMAGINE DRAGONS ~*~*~ AND AWOLNATIONNNN. I was so so so pumped for awolnation but the sound system sorely disappointed but imagine dragons was the bomb digggitttyy. Loved loved loved them, they were ridiculously fun and GREAT performers. Can I also please just say how much I fucking hate mosh pits JUST STOP IT. We came home and it was amanda's surprise and we gave her a hookah set and hookahed till 4am.... Yeah, no so wise with classes the next day LOL.

So much fun and waaaay too schwasty. But good fun and that's all that matters. 

Here goes one more week of 8ams and too many midterms/finals.

Can't wait for this week to be OVER. Goodbye MW 8AMSS YOU CAN SUCK IT.

First impressions

It's amazing the revelations that can come to you in one solid weekend. Everyone makes these first impressions, and everyone judges based on looks because nobody can help it. It's exactly the same for me, and this weekend, I was reminded once again not to judge, and put all these baseless judgements on people based on appearances because i was so so wrong.

In other news, my weekend was filled with some much TC love, retreat, bonding, party, and the B3 cabin event today <3 It was bike LA day, so they shut down the entire Figueroa from traffic, to bikers, walkers and boarders and we took the boys downtown and boarded/biked all the way back. Little beasts made me board them.... I swear I lost a couple pounds.
